From festivals to seminars on grape growing, we have many events that are scheduled across Florida. Many of these events are scheduled at our member wineries. Please see the contact information along with each event.

The Florida Grape Growers Association’s Annual Conference will be held Friday, January 8, 2010 through Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Express, Daytona Beach (2620 International Speedway Blvd. Reservations can be made at 866-720-5110. Room rates are $79/night, including express breakfast.

Premier Events:
The 21st Annual Florida State Fair International Wine and Grape Juice Competition was held at
the Florida State Fair Grounds, February 5th through February 7th, 2009.
Results can be found on our home page.
Each year the competition is held in conjunction with the Florida State Fair and is open to all
commercial wineries and to hobbyists.
The 2010 competition will be held February 4th through February 6th.

Florida Estates Winery: Every 2 weeks a Wine Festival and Fresh Market event is scheduled from 10am - 3pm. Complete schedule can be found by visiting their events page.
Henscratch Farms Events
Annual Meeting:
2009 FGGA Annual Conference and Trade Show-Friday, January 9th and Saturday, January 10th, 2009. This 2-day conference and trade show will be held at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Gainesville (www.ufhotel.com 352-371-3600). Cost of the event is $75 for pre-registration. After December 1, 2008, registration is $80.00. Make your reservations now!
