From festivals to seminars on grape growing, we have many events that are scheduled across Florida. Many of these events are scheduled at our member wineries, please see the contact information along with each event.

Premier Events:

The 20th Annual Florida State Fair International Wine & Grape Juice Competition will be held at the Florida State Fair Grounds on February 7-9, 2008. In 2007 there were 1578 entries from 33 states and 10 foreign countries.
The 20th Annual Hobbyist Competition will take place on February 9, 2008 judged by the International Competition Judges. In 2007 there were 175 hobbyist entries and we are looking forward to an increased number in 2008.

Competition Booklets will be available in October.

Monthly Events:

Florida Estates Winery: Every 2 weeks a Wine Festival and Fresh Market event is scheduled from 10am - 3pm. Complete schedule can be found by visiting their events page.

Henscratch Farms Events

Annual Meeting:

January 17-18, 2008 This 2 day conference will be held at the Hilton in Ocala. ( www.hiltonocala.com 352-854-1400). The event will be, for pre-register, $40 for Members and $45 for Non-Members and $50 for Members and $55 for Non-Members at the door. Make your reservations now and mark your calendar
